Become a Horizon Christian School Substitute Teacher

If you would like to submit an application to work as a substitute teacher at any of our three schools, you must:

Complete a Substitute Teaching Application
Complete a Background & Driver Screening Form
Include 2 copies of ID (Driver's License and Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or Passport) with your application

Once completed, you may submit your application by mail to:
